Job Brief

We are looking for a talented digital media and data management creative to undertake projects for the benefit of our company and customers projects. A can do attitude with out of the box thinking and a sense of humour is a must.

You will be responsible for all internal and external company marketing and media projects/solutions we currently build in house. These include, web, apps, digital data solutions. Ideally, you will understand basic digital media processes and have a good understanding of data process engineering as well as digital marketing campaigns and data management.

You must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.


This post reports directly to the Managing Director.

This post would ideally suit someone looking to further their knowledge in digital marketing, app builds and take on the business responsibility for all company marketing. If you like a challenge, have some great ideas and are a make it happen person, we want to hear from you.



  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive media strategies to promote our brand, product and services

  • Organise and oversee client APP projects.

  • Manage all internal Web Projects and Data Projects.

  • Prepare Client Proposals and Media Campaigns.

  • Work with the latest network technologies to identify business benefits for clients.

  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.

  • Maintain relationships with media vendors to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

  • Contribute to and develop integrated campaigns to promote our products and services

  • Working on your own initiative and within a management team

  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns

  • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts

  • Run social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and website)



  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role ( 2 years minimum experience required)

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

  • Proficient in Apple Products and Software and marketing software (e.g. Capsule CRM)

  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities

  • Creativity and commercial awareness

  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline

Literate with Apple, MAC and iOS Systems and Microsoft OS

Basic Understanding - Google Data Studio

Working Hours

Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Some evenings and weekends may be required for organising events or when working on large marketing campaigns.





Excellent basic salary - up to £30k Plus Bonuses
You will be office based just outside of Exeter

You may be required to attend meetings with suppliers as well as a range of events, networking and exhibitions

(dependant on experience) plus bonus scheme with the ability to increase after the probationary period.

Interviews will be held in our offices in Kennford, Exeter. If you have not received an invitation to interview by 30 October 2020, your application did not make it to the shortlist for an interview.

At Interview - You will be invited to interview with detailed instructions on how to prepare and what is expected of you. You will receive this in an email before 30 September 2020.

After the interview - Candidates may be selected for another interview.

Successful Candidates will be notified in writing after all interviews are concluded.
