Sales & Marketing Administrator - Office Based / Occasional Off Site

Full Time - Sales and Marketing Administrator 

ClubWifi is currently recruiting for the above position to work within our team. The key duties for this role are listed below. Job Role:

This role involves in the assistance of the day to day running of all Clubwifi Administration tasks, both Office Based and with Customers and Potential Customers onsite.

You will be required to support end users on a working rotational basis, which does cover some weekend and evening work time on the remote support system.

Support the Marketing Director on relevant projects.

Travel throughout the South West region is required at times when visiting Customers.

This position is Full-Time, Hours of work 40 hours per week, 08:00 to 17:00 with occasional evening or weekend work.


Job Specification:

  • Day to Day Administration

  • Account Manager for Devon/Somerset 

  • Regular Customer Visits

  • Meeting New Customers onsite

  • Networking Events

  • Chasing Quotations

  • Basic Financial Planning

  • Marketing Team Support

  • Social Media Campaigns & Blogs

  • Some Surveys

  • Producing Quotations for Clients

  • Oversee Telesales Team

  • Supporting the Accounts Team


Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels

  • Strong self-starter and highly motivated

  • Competent and Comfortable in new Environments 

  • Complete all company documentation to a high standard

  • Provide telephone/remote support to end users/network owners on a rotational basis covering evenings and weekends. (1 Week in 3)

  • Based centrally within the South West Region and close to the M5/A30 regional routes.

  • You will also be required to work away from home from time to time or spend time away on relevant company activities and training courses.

  • Full Clean driving licence


Experience Preferred:

Literate with Apple, MAC and iOS Systems

Some basic knowledge of Public Wifi System (More training on this will be given)

Previous Face to Face Customer Job Role

Experience in a Sales Environment 

Motivated Team player

Experience in an Administrative Environment

Excellent Communication Skills

(Training will be given to the right candidate)


Salary and Remuneration:

6 Month Probationary Period

Basic Salary - up to £24k (Dependant On Experience) per annum, plus bonus and contributory pension scheme

iPhone, iPad, iMac - latest versions.

4 Weeks Annual Leave (some Bank Holiday cover may be required)
