Having trouble connecting?

Follow the simple tips below to help you get connected...

If you’re having difficulties getting devices connected to the network please try the following steps:

  • In your device Wifi settings try ‘forgetting’ the network and reconnecting again

  • Power down your device completely for 1 minute and then turn back on and connect to the network again.

  • If you have an Apple device, you could also check the following setting you can ‘Turn off Wifi Assist’ (setting designed to disconnect from Wifi if 4G signal is stronger). You can do this by going to Settings - Mobile Data - Scroll down to the very bottom and turn off ’Wifi Assist”
