Our networks are managed and monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each and every user on your network is authenticated by our servers and we keep a log of each device using the network for security and your peace of mind.

 

All of our networks are operated on a strict ‘family friendly’ policy, this means that all adult and illicit content is blocked, keeping younger users safe while they browse the web.

We provide full support to our network solutions, both to the equipment installed on your premises and to all users and their devices. If something should go wrong we have remote access to quickly diagnose and repair any fault. If there is a network problem we cannot fix, we have a team of expert engineers that can be onsite to get you back online.

If a user has a problem we offer full support to them also, both by telephone and through our online support system. It’s all part of the ClubWifi package, giving you and your customers the complete WiFi solution.
