What happens on an install?
After a solution is agreed, we arrange a date convenient to you to install relevant routers to a broadband account onsite. If the installation is for an external network, the documents sent will have detailed information on where External Antennas will be placed. If the solution is for an internal network, the internal routers will be placed in agreed locations. Where repeaters are used, these wirelessly link back to the main router which controls the whole network so no need for laying cables everywhere.
How long does it take?
An install - both internal and external networks usually takes no more than a day onsite, and a few days setting up the portals and security gateways. We will have previously agreed where power sockets are available for router/repeaters.
Do I need a computer or a server?
No, you only need broadband, we supply a unique Clubwifi Router that connects to broadband and onto our Clubwifi security and portal servers. Simple and this keeps costs very low unlike other solutions on the market.
Does the Login Portal Page have my logos’s and company information displayed?
Of course, we encourage you to promote your own services to your customers, for example, you may have a coffee shop and offer WiFi - the login portal can have your Company Logo, Pricing information, opening times - in fact any online marketing information that you deem suitable. On some holiday park solutions, we directly link to the Parks web site for whats on and where to go, and of course the ability to take future bookings online.
Do I have to manage the system?
No, we manage everything for you and your customers, from end user support, system upgrades and day to day support. The solution is easy, no management time needed by you and fully supported at all times.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, the documentation sent to you details everything, so no hidden surprises! We work by having a business relationship, it has to be beneficial for both parties so it is in our interest to ensure everything works all the time.
